Esther Baxter born on September 25th, 1984 in Miami, Florida is a famous American hip hop model.

Esther Baxter was born to Kenneth Baxter and Mary Baxter. She is the eleventh of the sixteen children born in her family. She grew up as a tomboy amidst the love and affection from her parents and fifteen siblings in the family. She bloomed in faster than the normal girls turning into a stunning beauty. Soon after completing her high school studies, Esther Baxter took up the job as a kindergarten teacher.

Later Baxter met an agent through one of her brothers; and that was the turning point in her career. She soon began appearing in music videos and magazine center-spreads since 2004. Her performance on Petey Pablo's single 'Freek-a-Leek' became a sensational hit and Esther Baxter came to be known as 'Miss Freek-a-Leek'.
